(Optional) Skills Building Camp

Gym Set-Up Day – Thursday, July 30 at 1:00pm
We need all hands on deck! Please come dressed ready to move and work out. It’s a big job and we’ll need lots of help to get everything ready for the season.
(Optional) – LHS Team Bonding – Friday, July 31 from 8:00-1:00pm
Location: Bear Creek Lake Swim Beach
Address: 15600 W. Morrison Road, Lakewood
Bring sunscreen and paddleboards! If they are able, gymnasts are encouraged to enjoy a team bonding day relaxing and paddleboarding at Bear Creek Lake swim beach. Parking for swim beach is limited, so carpooling is encouraged.
(Optional – highly encouraged) – LHS Team Camp – Monday, 8/3 through Thursday, 8/6 from 9:00am-12:00pm.
Location: Lakewood High School Auxiliary Gym
Camp will include conditioning, tumbling, team bonding activities, games, and more.
