(Optional) Summer Conditioning – Wednesdays  (9:00am-10:00am) & Fridays (8:30am-9:30am) at the LHS Weight Room 

 

Monday, July 27 through Thursday, July 30 – 9:00am – 12:00pm

Location: Denver School of Gymnastics (DSG)

Camp will focus on skill progression and development.

Registration: please fill out a registration form if your gymnast is not currently enrolled at DSG. 

Fee $125 

 

Gym Set-Up Day – Thursday, July 30 at 1:00pm

We need all hands on deck!  Please come dressed ready to move and work out.  It’s a big job and we’ll need lots of help to get everything ready for the season. Bring your family. Bring your friends, sneakers and gardening gloves are helpful for moving floor boards.

 

(Optional) – LHS Team Bonding – Friday, July 31 from 8:00-1:00pm

Location: Bear Creek Lake Swim Beach

Address: 15600 W. Morrison Road, Lakewood

Bring sunscreen and paddleboards (AND COAST GUARD APPROVED LIFE JACKET IS A MUST)! If they are able, gymnasts are encouraged to enjoy a team bonding day relaxing and paddleboarding at Bear Creek Lake swim beach.  Parking for swim beach is limited, so carpooling is encouraged. The cost is $10 per car to get into BCLP. Pizza will be provided for gymnasts at 11am.

 

 

Starting August 10th, our practice schedule is as follows (with the exception of Friday 8/14 and Saturday 8/15 – Friday/Saturday practices will begin the following week:

Mondays:  No practice

Tuesdays: 3:50-6:15pm @ LHS

Wednesdays: 3:50-6:15pm @ LHS

Thursdays: 3:50-6:15pm @ LHS

Fridays:  6:30-8:30pm @ DSG

Saturdays: 1:30-3:30ppm @ DSG
